The Partnership takes Jewish education beyond books and classrooms by providing an array of venues and opportunities for people to integrate Jewish experiences into their daily lives and make Jewish learning joyful. We offer a variety of classes for people of all ages. Please take a moment to explore the listings of learning opportunities below from the Partnership and/or other community organizations.

Holiday Weekend Study Retreats offer adult learners two days of in-depth study with scholars and master teachers in a retreat setting. Past topics have included Jewish philosophers, interpreting Jewish texts, Islam, Christianity, Mysticism, and the Messiah. Weekend Study Retreats are held Sunday-Monday on the weekends of Presidents Day, Memorial Day and Labor Day.

The Distinguished Scholar Series brings scholars of international reputation to the greater Washington DC community to lecture on a variety of subjects of Jewish interest. Events are generally held on Tuesday or Thursday evenings from 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm at various venues in and around Washington DC.
Unless otherwise noted, there is no charge for these events. Advanced reservations are encouraged.
