Temple Emanuel Early Childhood Center is a full-time, year-round program, serving children ages 2 -5. It is open from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Their Reggio inspired philosophy reflects our deep belief that children are capable and competent and learn best in a rich environment that focuses on the interweaving of cognitive and creative ways of learning. Machon Micah at Temple Micah
Machon Micah (The Micah Institute) at Temple Micah describes itself as a multidimensional, multigenerational, and innovative approach to teaching Jewish learning that places learning in the center of our community through Jewish celebrations and daily experiences. Students across the generations celebrate their Jewish identities by participating in community-based Jewish life; through congregation wide-Shabbat and holiday gatherings, scheduled classroom and adult learning time, individualized weekly Skype Hebrew tutoring, and a midweek arts-based learning program.

The Children's Learning Center Summer Program
The Children's Learning Center Summer program offers one class each for:
Infants/Toddlers, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 year olds 5 days or 3 days per week from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. or 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. (parents' choice).
CLC describes its camp program as including arts and crafs, music,outside water and sand play and special events days.

JCC of Northern Virginia Summer Program
JCC or Northern Virginia Camp Ahava describes itself as a camp that provides a hands on, developmental experience in a safe, fun and Jewish environment.
It is open to infants through 5 year olds with the following classes.
Infants/Toddlers fulltime year round option only
Ages 20 months-23 months 9-1pm only; no extended care; 2 day (T,TH), 3 day (M,W,F) or 5 days (M-F)
Ages 24 months-4 years ; 2year olds have same 2 day, 3 day or 5 day options as above; 3 year olds have 3 or 5 day option and 4 year olds have 5 day option only; Camp runs 9-1pm
5s rising kindgergarten 9-4pm program only; aftercare 4-6pm

The core program is from 9:30 a.m.-12:00 Noon with a lunch option until 1:00 p.m. Early Drop Off is available at 7:30 a.m., Enrichment is available from 1:00-3:00 p.m. and After Care is available until 6:00 p.m. for all enrolled students. A Summer program is available.
B’nai Shalom of Olney describes itself as a play based program for children 2 – 5 years of age. We offer a developmentally appropriate education in a nurturing environment supported by Jewish values.

Kehilat Shalom Early Childhood Center offers varied programs. The core program is from 9:15 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Enrichment is available for 3s, 4s and 5s from 12:30 p.m.-2:00 p.m. A summer program is available.
Kehilat Shalom Early Childhood Center describes itself as a developmentally appropriate, integrated secular and Judaic early childhood program which strives to promote social, emotional, cognitive and spiritual growth for children ages 2 – 5 in a safe and nurturing environment.
